Self Hosted Option (Free versions)
Blogger, Wordpress.com or Webs.com site Setup
One time set up fee: $15
This includes full set up with widgets(sidebar applications) of your choice.
It also includes either a custom template(not necessarily designed by me) of your choice or plain template.
Custom URL is $10 more and is good for a year. (webs.com charges $20, but you can get it for $10 through me) All are free to host.
All updates are $5 per update.

Pick Monthly or Yearly.
Monthly: no bandwith protection and $5 setup fee
Yearly: bandwith protection for $19.95 and set up fee waived.
Domain names only included with enhanced or pro packages
Or you can purchase a domain from me for $10 with a $5 redirect fee.
*an administrative fee of $2 per month will be charged if hosted through me.
Wordpress.org
(If you decide to host on your own I suggest DreamHost. They start at $8.95/month plus a yearly fee.)
Wordpress.org set up is $65 for a basic setup*.
Anything other customization you will need to get a quote.
*basic set up includes domain registration & setup,3 sidebar widgets, basic header, 1 page & category set up plus one banner or button, your choice. Additional pages are $5 per page.

Websites usually take me about 3 weeks to set up, but it could be more depending on how many projects I have. Blogs generally take about a week depending on the complexity of your design.
